Hand Test II (4K, 60fps)
Let's see if I've made any progress in 12 years...
Hand-made in Blender, Krita and Davinci Resolve. No photos, scans or motion capture. Music by me. Best viewed in 4K (even on lower res screens, as it reduces banding).
Modelled/rigged using real-world measurements and animated by referencing video footage frame-by-frame.

This was a "throwaway" WIP that I thought unworthy of a YT upload, but then it blew up a bit on Twitter so I reversed my decision. No sound, but better picture quality. The animation is designed for testing the deformations rather than for realism. I can't bend my pinky at all without my ring finger slightly moving forward. Is this just a me thing? Have I spotted a Chris Jones sin?
There's isn't a point in the video where that's not also the case, so I don't think so (unless you mean the old version, which was intentionally unconstrained).
Ah, okay. I guess by slightly forward I meant my middle and distal bones mimic 1 to 1. Maybe I have limited motion.

The reason the time between uploads is so long is because that's the time needed for rendering
눈동자의 움직임이 부드럽지 않고, 미소 지을때 입술 끝이 한 번 흔들리고, 눈을 감을 때 눈 두덩이가 꿈틀거리는 것 까지.... 블랜더를 모르는 사람이 본다면 이 영상이 실제 사람이라고 생각할 듯.
